TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GATEWAY CASINOS THUNDER BAY

1. DEFINITIONS

   In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Casino" means Gateway Casinos Thunder Bay;
• "We", "Us" or "Our" refers to the Casino's management;
• "You" refers to any individual visiting the Casino for gaming purposes;

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the Casino and participating in its gaming activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONSYou must be at least 19 years of age to enter the Casino or participate in its gaming activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age and may deny entry to anyone who appears to be under the minimum age limit.

4. GAMING RESPONSIBILITY

• You acknowledge that gaming involves an element of risk and may lead to financial loss.
• The Casino is committed to responsible gaming practices, including self-exclusion, time-out periods, and access to support organizations for problem gamblers.
• We reserve the right to intervene in any gaming activity if we suspect you are engaging in reckless or irresponsible behavior.

5. PLAYER IDENTITY

   You must provide valid government-issued identification upon request by Casino staff. This may include a driver's license, passport, or other recognized form of photo ID.

6. LOYALTY PROGRAM

• The Casino participates in the My Club Rewards loyalty program.
• By participating in this program, you agree to abide by its rules and regulations as outlined on our website and at the point-of-sale.

7. PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

   We reserve the right to establish payment limits for your gaming account, including deposit and withdrawal limitations. You may not transfer funds or gamble using methods that we deem unacceptable.

8. GAME FAIRNESS

• We operate under the jurisdiction of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (AGCO) of Ontario.
• Our games are designed and tested by third-party suppliers to ensure fairness and randomness.
• In the event of a dispute, our decisions regarding game outcomes or payouts shall be final and binding.

9. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

   We reserve the right to take disciplinary action against any person who cheats, colludes with others, or engages in other forms of misconduct during gaming activities.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content on the Casino's website and premises is protected by applicable laws governing intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in civil or criminal liability.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through a mutually agreed-upon process, failing which the courts of Ontario will have jurisdiction.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for updates and changes.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding gaming activities at the Casino, replacing all previous agreements, whether written or verbal.

14. DEFINITIVE LANGUAGE

    In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and other languages, the English text shall prevail as the definitive language for these terms and conditions.
